Well i think i'm about to cave in, after weeks of trying to make myself get up early and go for a jog i think tomorrow might finally be the day i do luckily i live on the sea front so have a fantistic place to go jogging, it's part of a new view on life i have you know my body is my temple and all that bull****, but no seriously i started off by trying to eat only things that are good for me and i seem to have achieved that so time to take it to the next level and try to get fit especially as summer is gonna come screaming at me and will be here before i know it.

So what have i been up to well i had the flat to myself over the weekend so i spent the whole weekend in on my own, watched some movies, read my book with a cup of coffee and a biscuit it was one of those me time weekends i think i needed it to time to reflect and pick up on the things that really matter in life.
